What Toll Tally does

Toll Tally shows totals by car and by day from transactions it reads from your signed-in NTTA accounts and from statements you import. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, NTTA or any other toll agency. Totals are for your convenience. Each agency's records are the official ones, and you remain responsible for your toll accounts and any tolls you owe.

You may only use Toll Tally with toll accounts and statements you own or are authorized to manage.

Plans and automatic renewal

The free plan covers 2 cars. Premium covers unlimited cars on up to 3 computers for $9.99 a month or $60 a year, plus any tax that applies. Don't share your license key outside your household or business. Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. We will give notice before changing a price.

Canceling

Cancel anytime from Manage billing in the Toll Tally dashboard. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then ends, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Monthly plans and later yearly cancellations are not refunded for time already paid for. We will always refund a charge made in error. A refund doesn't cancel your plan by itself, so cancel it too if you don't want it to renew. To ask for a refund, email samifairouzrashed@gmail.com.

Billing questions and disputes

Charges appear on your statement as TOLL TALLY. If you don't recognize a charge or think one is wrong, please email samifairouzrashed@gmail.com before contacting your bank. We reply within 2 business days, and most problems can be fixed with a refund far faster than a bank dispute.

If a charge is disputed, we may cancel the subscription and end Premium access right away. We may also give your bank or payment processor the records of the purchase, including your acceptance of these terms, your payment details, and how the account was used, to respond to the dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law or your card issuer's rules.

Acceptable use

Don't use Toll Tally to access an account without permission, to bypass its plan limits, or to interfere with any toll agency's site. We may suspend access for misuse.

No warranty

Toll Tally depends on toll agency websites and statement files, which can change or be unavailable, and it may be interrupted or show incomplete data. It is provided as is, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact
